SPACE RENTALS OPPORTUNITIES:

Individual vendor rooms and "booths" of different sizes are available from time-to-time.  Our rooms and booths are shown below. Please call to check on availability.

We provide to you the space, utilities, some advertising, web exposure, customer service, sales checkout, sales & tax bookkeeping and a business opportunity.  You do not have to do much more than acquire and place your goods in your space, and promote your business.

In addition to the monthly space rental cost, we charge a transaction fee of 20% of the pre-tax sales amount.  We settle up monthly with you on sales reporting and payment to you.

A mini-page on this web site will be provided to showcase your mall business, and this is included in the space rental fee.  See current vendors on the menu on the left.

We reserve the right to terminate your space rental for inadequate sales levels and violation of any of our terms and conditions, a copy of which will be provided to you.
